The first childe made of course was Penn. Back in the late 1700's he was about 23 when Angelus found him. Angelus stalked him for three weeks and then turned him into a vampire. 30 years later he gave him the option of leaving and Penn took the chance and left his Sire.
The childe that was made after Penn was Dru but we'll skip her and go to William / Spike.
William who calls himself Spike was 26 or 27 when he was turned. He was turned in the late 1800's closer to 1881. Angelus was bored with Dru and wanted the pretty William when he saw him. So he stalked him for a few days and then took him and turned him. 30 years after that Spike took the chance to leave as well instead of staying with his Sire.
The next childe was Tommy who was turned in 1945. Tommy was sick. He was barely 18 and dying of cancer when Angelus found the boy. At first Angelus was only going to drain him. But there was just something about the boy that intrigued Angelus. Angelus always did have a thing for pretty boys. And Blondes of course. But Tommy had brown hair. Though he was a pretty boy. There was just something about his attitude. Cocky and rebellious the boy hadn't cared weather he would live or die. And so Angelus had turned him. 30 years later he released the boy and Tommy of course chose to leave his Sire when it was offered.
Then there came Lola. Whom Angelus called Lo. She was 17 and an underage escort. The year was 1975. Angelus trailed her stalking her for 5 days and sampling her giving her little pleasures before actually choosing to turn her. She fooled Angelus into thinking she was ready to be on her own and he told her the same thing that he told the others. "Your ready to be on your own now. Just know that you'll always be welcomed and safe with. You can always come to me if you need me. For any reason."
The latest childe was made in 2003. This childe really was just a child. She was 13 years old. This little girl is Angelus' newest fledgling. A sweet innocent child yet braver then most adults. She now lives with Angelus.
But things are about to get interesting.
